In recent years, China has encouraged enterprises to "go global," and with the Belt and Road Initiative''''''''''''''''s growing influence and deepening connections, regions such as Dubai in the Middle East have become central hubs for Chinese enterprises'''''''''''''''' internationalization, as well as for the Belt and Road and the Asia-Africa-Europe corridor. To assist more high-quality Chinese enterprises in expanding their international business and investment footprints and to achieve faster and more robust international development, AGBA (Asia) Capital Group established a Middle East Business Division in Dubai, UAE, starting from August 2024. Recently, the Middle East Business Division of AGBA (Asia) Capital Group was officially established by Mr. Yang Jie, the group''''''''''''''''s co-founder and Secretary-General of the Asia District of the American Genral Business Association. The establishment of the Middle East Business Division aims to help more enterprises with internationalization, U.S. listings, and capital market financing. It integrates local resources and leverages professional experience and services to assist enterprises in rapidly establishing a presence and securing financing in the Middle East, embracing wealth and development, and building a bridge of friendly cooperation between China and the Arab Gulf ountries. The Dubai Business Division of the group is located in the iconic Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in Dubai. Our team members hail from top Chinese and international schools, local influential families, and prestigious institutions in Europe, America, and the Middle East. They bring with them many years of professional experience in investment, financing, and corporate services. Our team possesses extensive local resources to meet the needs of enterprises for exploration, establishment, financing, and overseas listings.
